Biography
I am Matilde Guarino, an international student-athlete from Italy. I’m in my second year at Fresno State College, competing in Division I Track and Field. My main events are jumps, primarily the long jump, and short sprints. I have a strong passion for sports and healthy food, two things that go hand in hand. This is why I chose to major in Food and Nutrition. I also have a love for art. Last semester, I took a drawing class, and this semester, I am exploring painting. Being an international student means I get to travel a lot, which I truly enjoy. Visiting new countries and experiencing different cultures is another passion of mine. Finally, I really enjoy fashion and personal care. Creating new outfits allows me to express myself, and I also take pleasure in caring for my skin, hair, and overall appearance.
