My name is Matt Steiner, and I am currently a student-athlete at Ithaca College, where I play defensive end on the football team. I am majoring in psychology, but I plan to switch my major to physical therapy because of my interest in sports and helping others. I grew up in Livingston, New Jersey, where I started playing football in seventh grade and continued throughout high school. I also wrestled during high school, which helped me develop discipline, mental toughness, and a strong work ethic. Sports have always been a major part of my life because they not only keep me physically active but also teach me valuable lessons about responsibility, dedication, and perseverance. I believe the lessons I have learned through athletics will help me succeed both in college and in my future career.
