Hi! My name is McKinley Brooks-Sumpter, Mick, or Micky. I will be graduating in the Spring ‘24 with a Bachelors of Psychology and a Minor in Management. I live by Romans 8:28 “And all things work together for good for those who love the Lord.” My college accolades include Big South Player of the Week, Big South All-Freshman Team, Big South Freshman of the Week, Big South Leadership Conference Peer Award, Big South All-Conference Honorable Mention, and Big South All Academic Team. I serve as the Officer of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Student Athletes at UNCA. I am all about music, giving back to younger athletes, locs, and dogs. I am insanely interested in Sports Psychology. I wear special made orthotics & training shoes due to my flat feet and tendency for shin splints. My support system is huge & happy to help me achieve all my goals!
