Good afternoon, my name is Melissa Estrada. I am a first generation college student. I’m a senior in college getting my degree in criminal justice. I am hoping to make a difference in the world on and off the field. I have given back to my community by coaching little kids in soccer, helping out at senior homes, feeding the homeless on skid row, and tutoring kids in middle school. I love giving back.I hope one day I can open up a business in food to share my ethnic background. I want to help those who are just like me and with a similar story find that happiness comes around and there is always light at the end of the tunnel for everyone.
