My name is Mia Delmond, a junior attacker at Quinnipiac University, where I combine my passion for lacrosse with a commitment to excellence both on and off the field. I am a Media Studies major with a Psychology minor. As an athlete, I strive not only to enhance my skills but also to inspire others through my dedication, work ethic, and love for the game. Outside of lacrosse, I cherish spending time with my family and friends. They are my support system and play a crucial role in keeping me grounded and motivated. I also enjoy baking, which allows me to express my creativity and unwind after a long day of practice. Walking is another favorite pastime of mine. It’s a simple pleasure that gives me time to reflect, clear my mind, and appreciate the world around me.
