I’m Mia Heather, a sophomore on the Oregon State Gymnastics team studying Animal Science - Pre-Vet. As a college athlete, I excel in moments that require me to rise to the occasion from both an individual and team standpoint. Many of my skills as a gymnast transcend into my personal life, where I am known as being an outgoing and adventurous person. Outside of athletics, I am passionate about animals and being able to explore the unknown around me. This has driven me to want to become a veterinarian where I can display my passions in an organized manner, similar to my gymnast career.
