Biography
I spent 11 years in the PA National Guard. Deployed to Bosnia, Iraq, and suffered career ending injury IN Afghanistan. Post injury like many times in my life, I used sports not only to rehab or recover, but redefine who I was as a person to include getting sober and changing my lifestyle. I'm a student from North Carolina Central University, husband since 2016, father since 2020, and been competing internationally in Para-Taekwondo since 2017.
