About
Biography
My name is Muskan Jamshed, and I’ve been living in the U.S. for about 11 years. I’m a student at Spalding University, majoring in Natural Science with a focus on pre-pharmacy, aiming to become a pharmacoepidemiologist. I’ve been a dedicated runner on the Spalding cross country and track and field teams for three years, achieving notable rankings: second in school history for the steeplechase 3K, 18th all-time for the 6K, and a top 5 spot for the outdoor mile. I also enjoy boxing during the off-season to stay active and keep training fun. My motivation stems from my passion for the sport and my commitment to my goals. Outside of athletics, I love nature hikes and studying the human body, especially the nutrients that support athletic performance. I’m also committed to my community, tutoring immigrant students who are struggling in school and interpreting for Afghan families in Louisville.
