Hey everyone, I'm Mya Skoff, and I'm a Division I basketball player at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO). When I'm not on the court, I'm all about living an active and balanced life. I really value my time with friends, whether we're just hanging out or exploring new spots. Working out and going for long walks are some of my favorite ways to stay active and clear my head. When it comes to food, I definitely have my go-to's like Chipotle and Panda Express, and you can usually find me with a coffee or energy drink in hand to keep me going. My wardrobe pretty much revolves around athletic and comfy clothes – that's where I feel most at home. I'm also a huge shoe person, always on the lookout for the next cool pair. I try to keep my energy levels up with healthy snacks and plenty of protein. I believe in taking care of my body, both on and off the court.
