I’m a redshirt senior defensive end for the University of Pittsburgh football team, originally from South Carolina. I hold a degree in Communications with a minor in Exercise Science, and I’m passionate about fitness, performance, and helping others grow on and off the field. When I’m not training or competing, you can usually find me outdoors fishing, hunting, or cooking something up for family and friends. I also enjoy spending time with my two French Bulldogs and volunteering at youth football camps to help inspire the next generation of athletes. As both a player and a communicator, I love creating authentic, motivational content that connects with people and reflects the values of hard work, faith, and family.
