Delgado Reyes enters his 11th season with the Monroe Mustangs women's volleyball program heading into the 2022-23 campaign,and will also serve as the first-ever head coach of the Mustangs men's volleyball team ahead of the inaugural 2023 season. Coach Delgado Reyes has been one Puerto Rico’s most revered volleyball coaches. Along with his impressive track record of success, Coach Delgado Reyes emphasizes a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence both on and off the court. Delgado Reyes joined Monroe College in 2011 and immediately brought the volleyball team into national prominence. He was instrumental in the transition from NJCAA Div. II to Div. I. Heading into the 2023 season, Coach Delgado Reyes has amassed an overall record of 328-92 for .781 winning pct.
