I’m Nora Metcalf, and I am a sophomore soccer player at Ohio Northern University. I’m majoring in exercise physiology with a minor in strength and conditioning to pursue a career in physical therapy. That said, I am interested in learning about lifting, nutrition, training, and recovery in order to maximize athletic performance. I’m very family oriented. Big fan of Ted Lasso. Love walking my dog and being outdoors. My faith is super important to me. I love sports. Big fan of Chelsea FC, Capitals, Commanders, USA soccer, DC United, and Formula one racing.
