Hello! I'm Paige Hickson, a pole vaulter at the University of Minnesota, Mankato. Growing up in a small northern Wisconsin town, I developed a deep love for the outdoors and engaged in a variety of activities, including hunting, fishing, horseback riding, volleyball, and basketball. However, it was track and field that transformed my life in incredible ways. Pole vaulting, an emerging event worldwide, and introduced me to a vibrant and supportive community. Over the past eight years, I've traveled extensively to connect with passionate individuals who inspire me to learn and grow in the sport. When I'm not competing, I enjoy giving back by coaching younger athletes in my hometown, which has fueled my passion for mentoring and led me to pursue a major in Health and Physical Education. As a student-athlete, I take immense pride in helping the next generation reach their full potential in pole vaulting and beyond.
