I am an independent trainer in NYC and founder of the PR Performance Training App, which consists of thousands of workouts for members to follow. I have a YouTube channel and series called "Chasing The Olympic Dream". The series will follow my journey over the next 3 years with the goal of competing in the Olympic Games.
