I’m Raquel Morales, a Division III volleyball player at the University of Rochester, studying public health on the pre-med track. My journey started in San Antonio, Texas, where I first learned the meaning of community, culture, and grit. I began as a Division I athlete, but transferring to Rochester gave me something even more valuable: the chance to grow in the classroom and on the court, without having to choose between the two. As a future physician, I care deeply about representation in medicine, wellness that goes beyond surface-level, and helping others feel seen. My platform is rooted in purpose. I want to show what it looks like to chase big goals while still staying grounded in your roots. I use my voice to create space for others, to connect with brands that align with who I am, and to bring real value to every collaboration. This is more than just NIL to me. It’s about legacy, impact, and building something that reflects both the athlete and the future doctor in me.
