Rian Forestier is a guard for the University of Southern California Women’s Basketball team, a student at the USC Marshall School of Business, and the founder of 4WARD, a nonprofit dedicated to providing under-resourced middle and high school girls with proper basketball shoes. Through 4WARD, she has already donated more than 600 pairs of brand-new shoes, giving young athletes the dignity and confidence to play the game they love.
