Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Ridge Estes and I'm a sophomore division 1 student track and field athlete at Wichita State University. I am from small town south western Kansas called Bucklin, I'm a 2x AAU Junior Olympic Champion in the discus and overall a 3x AAU All American. I am 19 years old and I love fitness and weightlifting in general. I currently stand at 6ft 3in tall and 255lbs, I intend to build my size and improve my physique as I would like to change the stigma that track and field throwing athletes must be overweight and relatively unimpressive.
