My name is RJ Noord and i’m a sophomore point guard at Elon University. I’m from the eastside of Atlanta, Georgia and I really enjoy Fashion. I’m a active member of SAAC at Elon & the Phoenix Leadership Academy. I recently also discovered that I was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy which is a rare heart condition in which the heart muscle becomes abnormally thick. I really want to bring awareness to my condition because it is really a rare condition. I am completely fine and have had this condition my whole life without knowing. I want people to understand that everything you want in life is on the side of hard and everything you want in life you have to work hard for.
