Biography
Hi, my name is Ruah Franzmann-Simmert, and I’m a high school mid-distance and distance runner. Outside of running, though, I love doing outdoor activities, especially backpacking and spending time by the lake. I’m also involved in 4H as well as my school’s choir and drama troupe. After high school, I plan on becoming a PEDS nurse and coaching my own club track team. Some of my track accomplishments include 7 national medals, 5 all American honors, 2 state medals, 3 time New Balance national qualifier, 2 time AAU 800m finalist. My PRs are 800m 2:17 1500m 4:47 5k xc 18:35
