My name is Sam Williams and I am a member of The University of South Alabama Jaguars football team. I’m from Pascagoula a small town on the Mississippi gulf coast. I was a multi-sport athlete in high school and was fortunate enough to win the 2021 MS class 1A Shot-Put State Championship. I love being on the water whether I’m fishing or just out on a boat ride. I love going to the beach to soak up the salty air, sunshine and work a little on my tan! A few other hobbies would be hunting, golf, working out, playing video games and hanging out with friends and family. I’ve been playing football since 2 grade. I knew that God had a plan for me and that I could do something special one day. The first part of that plan has happen now that I am a D1 student-athlete. With ever goal achieved a new goal must be set. My goals are big, and I realize that but my parents always said I could accomplish anything as long as I keep God first.
