My name is Sammi Woods and I am a sophomore at the University of Maryland where I play softball. Growing up I was a multi sport athlete and played basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball, and flag football. Regarding high school softball, I have been named offensive and defensive player of the year. Recently I participated in the invite only elite11 quarterback camp where I was named MVP of the girls. I also later played in the junior international flag football cup and was coached by Katie Sowers. I was also named offensive player of the year in the Matt Leinart football league. In my youth, I was the “Punt, Pass, and Kick” national champion. When it comes to school I have maintained a 4.5 GPA throughout high school and have been in advanced choir for all 4 years.
