Colorado native with a passion for athletics, strength & performance, fitness, nutrition, faith, and personal growth. My journey as an athlete has taught me the importance of resilience, discipline, and finding purpose through both success and adversity. After suffering an ACL injury, I’ve shared the process of rebuilding physically and mentally while continuing to grow in my faith. I love creating authentic content around college athletics, training, recovery, healthy living, beauty & lifestyle, and the everyday experiences of being a student-athlete.
