As a student athlete, my goal is to constantly improve and get better. But outside of the sport, many things go into being the best you can be. Wether that be strength, mental and physical recovery or nutrition. Many elements of being the best athlete is to focus on all the elements that make you better. As a site as athlete, my goal is to be the best I can be while also building up my team, enhancing community culture, and supporting those around me. I’m a SoCal native, Berkeley Transfer, and now member of the Champion Texas Women’s Rowing team. I have many interests, for one I am a proud type one diabetic— striving to help others with my condition join into sports and increase their health. My goal is to work with companies and brands that’s enhance my positive brand as well as help others build build healthy and successful lifestyles.
