My name is Selah Sims, and I’m a freshman at Keiser University, competing in track and field. On the track, I specialize in the 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles, triple jump, and 4x400 relay. I’ve also played volleyball for six years, focusing on the libero and right-side positions. Both sports have taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience, and I’m excited to keep growing as an athlete and person through every competition.
