Born in California to two former collegiate athletes, Shalexxus graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors Degree in law, history, and culture with a minor in cinematic arts and dance while playing Division 1 basketball. With a love for helping people and creativity, Shalexxus worked with non-profit organizations throughout her post graduate studies in TV, radio, and film at the world famous Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Shalexxus has also studied Communications at Texas Southern University. One of three siblings, all of whom played college basketball in the States, she is a natural born athlete who’s courage through diversity in sports and life elevated her to seek advanced degrees and ultimately a professional basketball career. With a dedication like no other, Shalexxus has the make up of a lifelong teammate and athlete, with even better dance moves than most of her peers!
