I am Shea Panzik and I’m from Manhasset, New York. I love to workout, go to the beach, try new foods and go shopping! Above all, my first love has always been lacrosse, which is what makes playing at the D1 level so humbling. It is something I had dreamed about since I was little and due to my hard work, perseverance and dedication, I am lucky enough to be at Vanderbilt University. I share my passion for the sport often on my social media, with 32.7K followers on TikTok and 5.6K followers on Instagram. In addition to this, I post about what I do in a day, time I spend with my friends or family, my outfits, hair and makeup as well as other fun content to intrigue my followers. I have learned so much from my set backs and success and find it so important to give back! I work for Athletes Helping Athletes and give private lessons, mentoring and creating relationships with young lacrosse players. I love to babysit too and have always loved helping others in any way possible!
