Born and raised just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia I have been very active in sports since a young age, originally with dance and swimming, but through highschool branching into rowing which I have continued at a collegiate level after being captain of my highschool team and competing at Nationals as well as globally including Henley Royal Regatta. I also have been coaching at a junior level for 3 years. Coaching is super important to me, as I am looking to pursue rowing beyond a collegiate level and continue coaching ad a profession. Outside my sport I am super passionate about the outdoors and you can often find me hiking on the weekends! I also enjoy cooking and I am always trying out new recipes and fun ways to get my protein in with maximum enjoyment. I am majoring in Psychology and double minoring in Sports Business and Education with the hopes of pursuing both rowing and coaching at a higher level. I am excited to continue building my platform!
