I’m from Virginia Beach and the only daughter with two brothers, which has made me appreciate the importance of family and strong relationships. As a teammate, I pride myself on always being there when needed – whether it’s for a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, or someone to help release frustration. Outside of sports, I enjoy spending time with my family, hanging out with my boyfriend, and playing Fortnite. My ultimate goal is to become a sports psychologist and help athletes who struggle with mental health, ensuring they have the support they need. I’m passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in sports and creating an inclusive, positive environment where athletes can thrive both mentally and physically.
