Hi! My name is Stephen Schumann, I'm a Nordic Combined skier from Salt Lake City, Utah. I've been doing the sport of Nordic Combined since I saw it for the first time at 5 years old and instantly fell in love. Since that moment I have chased my dreams to the World Cup, World Championships and Olympic Games. The pursuit of sports and all that comes with it has always had me infatuated, this obsession continues to drive me toward the future athletically as well as professionally where I am pursuing a career in healthcare. Aside from the professional side of my life, I have always had a love for the mountains and all sports that occur there. When I can, I love to enjoy a ski tour, run, bike ride, climb or anything else that gets me into the great outdoors. When I cant get outside, I love to grab a good book, a cup of tea, and read. I also love to cook healthy meals to fuel me for long and hard training sessions, which also gives me an opportunity to listen to some of my favorite music.
