Biography
Halito! (Hello) My name is Summer Anjini Grubbs and I belong to the Choctaw Peoples of Oklahoma. I am currently working on my masters of business after receiving my bachelors of science with a 4.0 GPA. After exhausting all of my athletic eligibility, I will be pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. I am a big people person and am very close with my family and friends. I have been a leader of my Track and Field team for 4+ years and serve on the SAAC (student athlete association committee). Within this organization, I work to be more inclusive of every culture, every identity, and every story. I hope to make a difference in my peers lives by voting on NCAA rule and serving on CommitteeX- an awareness group of athletes and professors. I am an 2x All American NCAA Athlete in the pentathlon and an NCAA National Scholastic Athlete. I am the only LSC Athlete to win both the Academic Athlete of the Year and the Outstanding Track Athlete of the Year awards. With love, Summer G
