I’m the youngest of five girls and practically grew up outside. I love the improving my health and helping motivate others to do the same. I’ve played sports with my sisters and in school as long as I can remember and with that had come lots of aches and pains. I recently underwent knee surgery after a polevaulting Accident and have been working to get back to vaulting!
