I am a senior student athlete at Harris Stowe State University. I am a 6’ ft center/ power forward. I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I have lived in Texas and North Carolina where I played basketball as well. I am a player on the West Michigan Elite Stars, who’s apart of WABA League, a semi professional women’s basketball league. This year (2023) we made it all the way to the final four. I started playing basketball at the age of 15. I’m an example of hard work and never giving up. Starting the game late with girls who been playing since 7-8 yrs old was challenging & discouraging. But because of my faith and hard work I was able to overcome many obstacles. I have become a strong positive leader because of it.
