Hi I’m Tanzania (tan-zuh-knee-ah) ! I’m an English major at Ottawa University! *Books & writing are a way for me to escape & find peace. George RR Martin is my favorite author and Fire & Blood is currently my favorite book! * I have a 1 year old pitbull/mastiff mix named Ashai * I always admired the way food can bring people together * I enjoy traveling & spending time in nature, specially by water My track journey * I have had 3 surgeries on my right leg due to ACL & tibial injuries, but I’ve made a full recovery! * I am currently a part of the 4x4 team & during my freshman season we broke the University record, won the KCAC, & competed at Indoor Nationals! *I am currently going into my 2nd year & I’m excited to see what the season brings!
