Growing up in a small Minnesota community taught me the importance of family, hard work, and staying true to my roots. Those values have carried me into Division I hockey at Quinnipiac, where competing at the highest level has pushed me to grow, achieve, and stay disciplined every day. Off the ice, I love spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and living an active, healthy lifestyle. With plans to pursue a career in healthcare, I’m passionate about helping others feel their best and build healthier lives.
