My name is Torrence Williams, and I’m a Biochemistry major with a minor in Bioengineering at the University of Oregon. I’m an athlete who is passionate about pushing limits, whether that’s in the lab, on the field, or in life. Being at one of the highest levels has taught me discipline, perseverance, and sacrifice, values I carry into everything I do. Beyond athletics, I’m deeply connected to nature and believe in protecting the environment that fuels both physical and mental well-being. I also am dedicated to improving mental health awareness and care, something I believe is essential for everyone, especially student-athletes balancing academics, performance, and life. I’m focused on using my education to explore the intersection of science, health, and technology while inspiring others to chase their goals no matter the obstacles.
