My name is Tsehay Cantrell. When I was 6 I was adopted from Ethiopia. Being adopted was the hardest and the best thing that had happened to me. Now I live in Roseville, CA. I have been playing softball for over 10 years. I am an outfielder and I also play shortstop. Softball has given me the greatest friends and great life lessons. This game is more than just a sport to me I am a big family person and I love being with my family and playing sports with them. They have been my support system. Without them I wouldn’t be here today. At Ripon College I am studying athletics training. Once I get my major in athletics training, I am going to move back to California to get my doctorates in Physic Therapy. I want to work with athletes. My life goal is to give back to my community and help athletes reach their goals and be there for them.
