I’m originally from Barbados and currently studying Psychology, with a strong interest in both sports therapy and sports psychology. My passion for understanding the mind-body connection drives my goal of helping athletes perform at their best physically and mentally. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing soccer, staying fit, and exploring nature as a way to stay grounded and balanced. I’m also interested in fashion and self-expression through clothing, and I’m exploring ways to blend that with my lifestyle and passions. I’m always looking to grow in areas of wellness, sports, creativity, and personal development.
