I am a veteran MLB player originally from the Bay Area. I am a father of two and currently working towards finishing my degree from Cal Berkeley. I have a rescue pitbull named maverick and love dogs. My interests are fitness, nutrition, sports performance and recovery. I have a charitable foundation called Loyal To My Soil whose mission is to grow the game of baseball in inner city communities. We host free camps for kids in the community and invite current and former professional players to be the coaches.
