Biography
I'm a sophomore at Carroll University in Wisconsin, and I play football and track & field. I'm majoring in business leadership. Just before high school, I suffered severe ACL and meniscus tears that put my future in any sport into question. Faced with this, I decided that I would work as hard as I could to come back better than ever. I came back only 4 months later and broke school records in track and returned to football 8 months after surgery. This experience defined how I approach training and life. I am very interested in sports performance training and nutrition. Also, I enjoy writing and reading as I have recently released my first book on Amazon.
