Hello, my name is William McCabe. I have been swimming since I was 10 years old and love the sport, and just love being in the water. Been swimming here at UNO since my Sophomore year when I mid-year transferred, January 2024. I was very excited about the opportunities here and just the people that I now call friends. I enjoy a variety of aquatic activities, including scuba diving, amateur free diving, snorkeling, and many more. I also ran my own landscaping business for five years and worked for a park in Derby, KS, providing a much-needed service to cut back the overgrown vegetation at times. I eat nearly all types of food and protein snacks, such as Quest, Cliff Bars, or RX bars, and countless others. Outside of swimming, I have been enjoying time at Topgolf with family, playing Spikeball and Pickleball. I have traveled around the US and two different countries in my travels, fortunately. I am excited for what life brings me.
